Why did a reminder not appear?
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Waypoint, Focus settings, and the in-app reminder switch. Waypoint schedules the nearest 60 eligible reminders. Reopen the app to refresh the queue. Reminders whose task has already started are not sent again.
Where are my tasks stored?
Tasks are stored on your device. Export important plans before removing the app. This version does not include account-based sync or an import/restore feature.
How do subscriptions work?
Creating, editing, completing tasks and planning require an active annual subscription or an eligible introductory trial. Apple shows the price and trial terms before purchase. Existing tasks remain available to view, delete and export after access expires. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Do I need an AI account?
No. Local planning works without an AI key. The first release supports optional AI planning with GLM/BigModel, Alibaba Cloud Qwen, DeepSeek and OpenAI, using your own provider account and API key. Provider fees are separate from the app subscription; your account must meet the selected provider’s terms and eligibility requirements. OpenAI is available only when a check when you open AI settings confirms both physical and network countries are outside mainland China (CN). Unknown results, denied location access or failed checks keep OpenAI unavailable; local planning and the other providers remain available. Check suggestions before applying them.
Can every future date show weather?
No. Forecasts are limited to the dates returned by Apple Weather. Unavailable forecasts and estimated routes are identified in the app.
