The Waypoint iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The information below explains the app’s subscription and service behavior. Questions: 15381375469@163.com.

Subscription and trial

Waypoint offers an automatically renewing annual subscription. Eligible accounts may receive a seven-day introductory free trial. The price, eligibility, billing currency and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase are authoritative. A trial begins after you confirm it through Apple, not merely when you install the app.

After the trial, the subscription renews at the displayed annual price unless cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple manages billing, refunds and purchase eligibility.

Creating, editing, completing tasks and planning require active subscription access. After access expires, existing tasks remain available for viewing, deletion and export. Use Restore Purchases to refresh eligible purchases for your Apple account.

Planning and external services

Routes, traffic estimates, weather and AI suggestions are planning aids. Check actual conditions and appointment times. Availability and forecast horizons vary; estimates are not guarantees of arrival or safety. Local planning is available without AI credentials. The first release supports optional AI planning with GLM/BigModel, Alibaba Cloud Qwen, DeepSeek and OpenAI. These services require your own provider account and may charge separate fees. You must meet your chosen provider’s account and eligibility requirements and follow its terms. OpenAI additionally requires a check when you open AI settings to confirm both physical and network countries outside mainland China (CN). The app uses Apple country reverse geocoding and Country.is exit-IP lookup; unknown, mainland China (CN) or failed results keep OpenAI unavailable. Country estimates and successful checks do not guarantee service availability or eligibility.

Your content and device

Only submit content and credentials you are authorized to use. Keep important exports in a safe place. This version stores tasks locally and does not offer account-based synchronization or an import/restore feature. Follow local rules and do not interact with the app while driving.

Read the privacy policy for data handling, provider disclosures and deletion options. Report bugs and ask for help through the support page. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
